- Audit engagement materials — during an operations audit, we may collect information about your business processes, software tools, and operational data. This information is used solely to deliver audit findings and is treated as confidential.
We also collect limited technical information automatically:
- Pages visited and time on site (via analytics, if enabled)
- Browser type, device type, and referring URL
- IP address (anonymized where possible)

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Audit engagement materials are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, after which they are securely deleted unless you request otherwise. For clients in sensitive sectors (education, healthcare-adjacent, religious organizations), we take additional precautions to keep sensitive operational data within your environment during any AI integration work. We do not transmit personally identifiable student, donor, or patient records to third-party AI model providers without explicit written authorization.
6. Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use basic analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics or a privacy-respecting equivalent) to understand traffic patterns. We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site cookies, or remarketing pixels. If you prefer not to be tracked, standard browser privacy settings or extensions will prevent any analytics collection.
7. Third-Party Services
Our contact form may be processed through a third-party form service (such as Formspree). Their privacy policy governs the handling of form submissions. We do not share your information with any additional third parties unless required to deliver a contracted service, and only then with your knowledge.
